About Me

I am an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Arkansas School of Law.

From 2018 to 2023, I taught at the University of Tulsa College of Law, where I was named Outstanding Upper-Level Professor twice. I also received the Outstanding Teacher Award in 2022, a lifetime university-wide teaching award.

I have held the following position and affiliations over the years:

  • Cyber Fellow, Center for Global Legal Challenges (Yale Law School);
  • Resident Fellow, Information Society Project (Yale Law School);
  • Fellow, Cybersecurity Initiative (New America);
  • Research Fellow, Center for Cyber Law & Policy (University of Haifa).

My work focuses primarily on cybersecurity law. In other words, how does law address or fails to address important aspects of information, data, and computer system security. My work appeared in law journals, books, news websites, and other online outlets.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, weightlifting, rock climbing, videogaming, and traveling.
